Cinnamon Bread

Yesterday I started Jaime Eason's 12 Week LiveFit Trainer. It looks like it's going to be an amazing program. It's completely free and she gives you everything you need to do the program. Exercises, nutrition and supplement information.

I baked one of her protein bar recipes yesterday morning, Cinnamon Swirl Protein Bread. My house smelled delicious. I omitted one of the ingredients because I didn't have it, the batter was kind of runny but it still turned out really great! Really, really yummy! :o)


If all the protein bars I make go as quickly as this one did, I'll be making them every couple days or even every day!
